I made my mom a Harry Potter scarf for her birthday last year and she asked me to make her a hat. Since I had so much yarn left over, I thought I'd make her a set of flip top mittens as well. As you can see, I may have gone with a darker gold for the hat and mittens than was used for her scarf. That's what I get for not taking good notes on the previous project. I'm still pretty happy with the set, though.

Thank you! The hat was pretty easy other than the jogless striped. The mittens took me about 4-5 days to finish.
